Escrow Components

There are two primary components to almost every escrow service we offer: verification and deposit material storage.

bullet

"Verification" refers to the procedures and policies in place for identifying and evaluating the deposit materials placed and maintained in escrow.

"Deposit Material Storage" lies at the heart of the escrow agent's responsibilities.  Deposit materials must be securely stored.

Escrow West provides scalable levels of service for the basic escrow components of verification and deposit material storage.  The basic level of each service component helps ensure that each client's fundamental interests are protected.  Available additional levels of service can meet the needs of clients having more demanding requirements.

Verification Services:

Verification is offered in scalable service levels designed to give the parties to an escrow agreement the specific amount of assurances they desire for a particular transaction.

Deposit Material Storage:

As a basic level of service included with all escrow agreements, deposited materials are maintained in secure, controlled-access vaulting facilities.  For clients preferring greater assurances, additional levels of protection are also available.
